Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport Announces Two New Drivers for 2024 Season

Ricco Shlaimoun and Landan Matriano Lim set for FR Americas with reigning series champions

March 29, 2024 – With the start of the 2024 FR America Championship season just around the corner, Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport is pleased to confirm their first two competitors. As the reigning series champions with a program that you think could not get any bigger, Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport is set for a massive effort across three different series.

“We are once again putting together another very talented effort in both F4, FR, and the new JSF4 series and are excited at the potential with Ricco and Landan in our program,” explained Teena Larsen. “We have had both drivers on track in 2024, showing speed and success, and are confident that this will continue into the national season of racing beginning at NOLA Motorsports Park in just a few short weeks.”

As a former national-level kart racer, Ricco Shlaimoun brings his experience to the championship-winning outfit. Having competed in the F4 U.S. Championship, Pirelli World Challenge GTS division, as well as the Lamborghini Super Trofeo programs and proving to be successful along the way, 2024 will see a new chapter for Shlaimoun in his quest for success.

"I'm excited to be racing FR with Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport this season," added Shlaimoun. “Their results speak volumes on how they do things, and I could not be happier to join a winning and successful program such as theirs.”

Landan Matriano Lim, a former F4 driver and Formula Oceania competitor in New Zealand earlier this year, will hop behind the wheel of a Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport machine as he aims to continue his progress. A recent winner in the Formula Pro USA Western Championship, Landan brings a load of talent to the winning team and will look to help continue the success.

“Working with Crosslink Kiwi and Teena and Gary has been great, and we have had success in just a short time,” expressed Matriano Lim. “I have already managed to climb to the top of the podium behind the wheel of one of their racecars and hope that I can accomplish more of that success as the season continues. I’m super excited that the first event is at my home track and look forward to the opportunity.”

The FR Americas wheel-to-wheel action will take the first green flag of the season over the April 11-14 weekend at the NOLA SpeedTour at NOLA Motorsports Park just outside New Orleans, Louisiana.
